GREEN VALLEY FARM EQUIPMENT TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service and incorporated into the Sales Invoice with Customer as
though fully set forth in the Sales Invoice.
1. The purchased equipment is as described in the Sales Invoice;
2. Customer can request Green Valley Farms to assemble equipment with added
shop rate charge, as stated;
3. All sales are final. There shall be no refunds or returns for any reason;
4. Customer is responsible for all sales and other taxes;
5. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges;
6. New equipment is covered by any manufacturer’s warranty. Green Valley Farms
does not supply any warranty on any equipment. Green Valley Farms will
correspond with manufacturer on behalf of customer at customer’s request for a
period not to exceed 12 months from the date of purchase;
7. Used equipment is sold “As Is”;
8. BELCO equipment must be promptly registered by customer at
https://www.br-equipment.com/forms/warranty-registration-form/
9. UNIFARM equipment must be promptly registered by customer as required by
UNIFARM;
10. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Green Valley Farms shall not be liable
for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential,
in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Customer has
been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or
damage.
